Your People Are the Face of Your Business

Does your company website have a mix of outdated headshots, random cropped photos from a formal event, or employees who don't have a photo at all? Keeping everyone's professional headshot up to date can be a challenge, especially as your team grows and changes.

Your employees are more than just names and job titles; they're the people behind your brand, and their photos are often the first introduction clients and customers have to your business. Showcasing your employees with professional, consistent headshots helps create a polished, cohesive look that reflects your business as a whole.

Corporate and team headshots don't need to be complicated. I bring professional lighting, backgrounds and equipment directly to your workplace making it super easy to photograph your entire team without disrupting your busy workday. So whether you have an employee who loves being in front of the camera or one who would rather be anywhere else, I'll guide them through the process to create consistent, professional headshots that represent your business.

Need more than individual headshots? I also offer professional group portraits for leadership teams, departments, and entire organizations. Group photography can easily be incorporated into your corporate headshot session for an additional fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much time should we allow for each employee?

I recommend allowing approximately 5 minutes per employee. This timeframe allows for a few poses and expressions while keeping the session efficient and minimizing interruptions to your workday.

How much space do you need for your setup?

A conference room or open office space generally works great! Ideally, an area approximately 10 × 12 feet with taller ceilings provides plenty of room for my lighting and background setup, but I can often accommodate smaller spaces.

Can you match our existing company headshots?

I'd be happy to review the current headshots and determine whether I can achieve a similar look; however, starting fresh so that lighting, cropping and overall appearances stay consistent is generally recommended.

What should our employees wear for their headshots?

I recommend choosing clothing that reflects your company's professional image, whether that's business attire, business casual, or clothing featuring your company logo. For a consistent, cohesive look across your team, neutral colors such as black, navy, gray, and cream tend to photograph well. I generally recommend avoiding bold colors like bright red or purple, busy patterns, and distracting accessories that can draw attention away from the face.

How do employees select their favorite headshot?

After the session, I'll review the images and select the best photos of each employee. These images will be cropped and color-corrected before being uploaded to a private online gallery, with a separate folder for each employee.

Each employee can review their photos and mark their favorite image for professional retouching. Once they've made their selection, they'll send me notification so I can begin the final editing process.

When will we receive our finished images?

Once all employees have selected their favorite headshots, professionally retouched images are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Turnaround times may vary depending on the size of your team and my current workload.

If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in advance so we can discuss your timeline.

Can we include group or department photos?

Absolutely! Whether you need a photo of your entire staff, leadership team, or individual departments, group portraits can be added to your corporate headshot session for an additional fee.

Just let me know when requesting your quote so we can plan accordingly and include any additional photography in your session.

What if an employee misses picture day?

No worries! Employees who miss their scheduled headshot session can make an appointment to visit my Kansas City Northland studio to have their photo taken.

If you'd prefer to schedule another on-location session at your workplace, I'm happy to accommodate that as well. Additional travel and setup fees would apply.
