If I were to guess, you're probably having a hard time picking the right photographer. And trust me, I know there are a lot of talented photographers in Kansas City (we’re a close community and I’m friends with a lot of them). So why me and what makes me different?
Let me start out by saying that my family means the world to me and they are my biggest supporters. You can ask any small business owner and they’ll tell you the struggle is real to maintain that work/life balance. Sadly, I'm quickly realizing that as the years fly by, time with my children grows shorter and shorter so they'll always be my number one priority.
Planning events and hosting parties is my jam and I get cabin fever easily if I’m at home too long. I’m a tad obsessed with closing my watch rings everyday, new car smells, my dogs and cinnamon juju bears. I love traveling (specifically anywhere with warm, white beaches), going to concerts, biking, attending sporting events and trying new restaurants, wineries and breweries in the area. You’ll normally find me fluttering around making sure my friends are having a good time and then polling everyone on what our next shenanigan will be.
I’m detail oriented, loyal, a bit of a perfectionist, maybe a tad OCD and I’d be lying if I didn't admit I probably drop the F-bomb too much (my husband will more than likely come to me later and tell me to leave that last part off). Don't worry, I won't do that during a session, as I am a professional. But, if you’re easily offended by that, then we’re probably not a good fit and that’s okay.
